Terms of Service

3HVACQuotes operates a free lead-referral service that connects homeowners seeking HVAC services with independent, licensed HVAC contractors (“Contractors”). When you submit a request, we may share your request with up to three participating Contractors who may contact you to provide a quote. Our service is free to homeowners; Contractors pay us to receive customer requests.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Website. By using the Website, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.

3HVACQuotes is a referral service only. We are not an HVAC contractor, we do not perform any HVAC work, and we do not employ, control, supervise, or guarantee the Contractors in our network. Any agreement, quote, contract, payment, or work is strictly between you and the Contractor you choose. We are not a party to that relationship.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a request;
• Independently verify a Contractor’s license, insurance, references, pricing, and suitability before hiring;
• Review and negotiate the terms of any quote or contract directly with the Contractor;
• Use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

While participating Contractors represent that they are licensed and insured, we do not independently guarantee the accuracy of their representations, the quality of their work, their pricing, their timeliness, or the outcome of any project. Any ratings, reviews, or descriptions on the Website are for general informational purposes only. You hire any Contractor at your own discretion and risk.

The Website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — are owned by or licensed to 3HVACQuotes and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Website without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or another person’s information without authorization;
• Use the Website to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users or Contractors;
• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

The Website and service are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any Contractor will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3HVACQuotes and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or any interaction with a Contractor. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3HVACQuotes and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any Contractor.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Diego, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
